Ann Curry

Ann Curry has worked as journalist for more than 45 years. Her reporting focuses on natural disasters, as well as conflicts. Later, she became the first female news reporter for the station, at the age of 22. Following that, she went into anchor and reporter at KGW the NBC affiliate station located in Portland. When she moved to Los Angeles, she became a reporter on KCBS TV within four years of making the move to the city. She received two Emmy Awards during the six years she spent with this station.
